SurePlug is a hyperlocal marketplace. We collect your phone number, name, optional profile photo, KYC documents, approximate GPS location, chat messages, and payment references required to operate escrow, discovery, SOS, and support.

Location is used to show nearby artisans and for SOS. Payment card data is processed by Paystack, Stripe, or Flutterwave — SurePlug does not store full card numbers. KYC documents are reviewed to verify sellers and artisans.

You can request deletion of your account by contacting support through the in-app Support screen. We retain transaction records as required for fraud prevention and Nigerian regulatory obligations.
